Terms of Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

You must be authorised to represent the store you register.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to exceed your plan's limits or reach another store's data.

You may not resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.

The Starter plan is free within the limits shown on the pricing section. Paid plans are invoiced per the agreement made with you.

We give advance notice of any pricing change.

Your store's data remains yours. You can request an export or deletion at any time.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions can happen for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The Enterprise plan includes a separate service level agreement.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for a clear breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
