Account data: your name, email, phone and store name — entered by you when you sign up or submit the demo request form.

Operational data: the orders, products, tables and receipts your store creates while using the service.

Basic technical data: error logs and session information needed to run and secure the service.

To run the service: showing your orders and reports, and printing your receipts.

To contact you: replying to a demo request or a support message.

To improve the service and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for external advertising.

Every store is isolated from every other store at the system level. A user attached to one store cannot reach another store's data.

We use third-party providers to run our infrastructure and to send the email generated by our contact forms. They access data only as far as needed to provide that service.

We keep your store's data for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing info@tawlaty.com.

We respond to data requests within a reasonable period of receiving them.
